Summer Solstice Celebration

Come celebrate the Summer Solstice with meditation, breath, sound healing, and community!

In this experience, you will be guided through a powerful breath known as pranayama to cleanse your body and mind. From here you will then be guided into a beautiful meditation to physically and metaphorically welcome the light into your life by illuminate the central sun within you. This meditation will allow you to soak in prana, also known as life force energy. This prana is in every one of your cells and by doing this you will enlighten your heart to see the beauty of life, that also includes you. This day is especially potent for doing this because the summer solstice is the time when the light of the sun shines the longest and the dark of night is at its shortest. When you choose to take the time to meditate on this day you can then use these celestial energies to empower this life force within you also.

To follow this meditation you will then be bathed in sacred sound designed to empower you into a state of wholeness, peace, and joy.

After the sound bath, you will also be served a special summer ayurvedic tea that has been used for centuries to help transition the body, mind, heart, and spirit throughout the summer season. Join us and celebrate the longest day of the year!
