In this retreat, you will experience a range of ancient and modern practices designed to connect you more deeply with your inner guru through your body, mind, heart, and spirit. This will include, though not limited to, daily yoga, meditations, breathwork, sound healing, and connection. We will also take these experiences out on the land and visit certain power places. These places have been used traditionally to create a “thinning of the veil”, aka vortex, that will directly affect your electromagnetic field, which in turn will connect you more deeply to that infinite part of you.

The purpose of this retreat is to create a space where you can relax into your inner guru and embrace a deeper connection to that part of you that is ever-living. This retreat is a breath of fresh air designed to enliven you from the inside out and the outside in. There will be many opportunities to be in your own space and/or, if you feel the call to connect with other like-minded individuals.

Here are just a few of the experiences that will be available to you at this retreat:

– Daily Morning Yoga Flow: Each morning flow will focus on tuning in to the pranic life force energy that naturally flows through your body, mind, heart, and spirit. (This morning experience is optional and for all levels.)

– Sound Baths: Each of these sound baths is unique to drop you into a more deeply meditative state where your physical systems can reset to their optimal processing states.

– Guided Meditations: Each meditation will be accompanied by a perfect blend of aromatherapy, visualization, breath, and relaxation techniques to give you deeper insights into your super-conscious mind. From here, you will then have the necessary means of creating a life you love by the power of an ancient technique known as The Art of Imagery.

– Energetic Anatomy: Discover your energetic anatomy and understand how it influences your entire being, including your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. By gaining this knowledge, you will learn how to create a coherent inner system. This inner coherence will then extend into your daily life, fostering harmony in your relationships, at work, and throughout your overall life experiences.

– Marma Point Chakra Activation: Explore the yogic science of Marma Point Activation to activate key energy points within your physical and subtle systems, enhancing your connection between spirit and body, mind, and heart.

– Chakra Breathwork Journey: This specific breathwork meditation will take you on a journey through your chakra system to gain insight and perspective on your unique energy anatomy so that you may find out what elements and spiritual practices may serve your highest good for your soul’s journey.

– Tea Ceremony: Tea is regarded as a sacred plant and has been used for over a thousand years. The tea ceremony and the tea itself work in harmony to foster a profound appreciation for the beauty of life and gently awaken you to your true self.

– Intuitive Oracle Practice: Learn how to utilize and strengthen your intuition through Oracle Imagery cards. Here you will be taught how to use them for divine guidance and how to “read” the card specific for your own unique journey.

This retreat also includes visiting sacred power places, also known as vortexes, on Friday/Saturday afternoons and Sunday Mornings.

This retreat is for men and women, couples, singles, and anyone 16+. No previous yoga or meditation experience is required.

Our home base will be a 1.6-acre estate in Sedona, offering stunning views of the red rocks. Unless you have made other arrangements with Holly, you will be responsible for your lodging and meals. There are many options for lodging in the area, from hotels to Airbnb. There are also many restaurants and grocery stores available.

Each day, there will be plenty of time for lunch, and you are welcome to visit one of the nearby restaurants, all within a 5 to 10-minute drive. Alternatively, the estate features a fully stocked kitchen with a large fridge and freezer, allowing you to bring your own meals with you. We will provide light refreshments, tea, and coffee.

Each room is offered at a flat fee, and you are welcome to share it with another attendee, such as a friend, significant other, family member, etc., provided they are also participating in the retreat.
