Breath & Meditation Circle

Ananda Mandala

The Ananda Mandala is a very powerful breath and meditation technique that is over 5,000 years old. Ananda Mandala means “Circle of Bliss” and is designed to cleanse, purify, and awaken the seven main chakras to their highest potential for any given individual in that moment of time. Chakras are simply the seven main energy centers located in the body from the base of spine to the crown of your head.
In this Circle of Bliss meditation, you will purify each energy center through specific breathing and concentration techniques. From there you will then have the opportunity to open up to your cosmic life force energy, also known as kundalini. Again all of this is done by utilizing various breathing and concentration techniques that you will learn and practice in our gathering.
This practice itself is extremely beneficial when done in groups and your facilitators have been personally practicing this method of breath and meditation for over 14 years. It has been so powerful in their own lifes that Holly wrote and published two books to teach others how to conduct this practice on their own. Those two books are, “The Conscious Breath Workbook- Level One” and “The Conscious Breathing Workbook-Level Two”.
Anyone who has a deep longing to connect more clearly to their spiritual source would benefit from this circle. Again be aware we will utilize strong breathing and concentration techniques so if this is something that feels in alignment with you please join us!
