Description

A Heart-Opening Journey of Sound, Intention, and Plant Medicine

You are invited to a ceremonial space where the ancient wisdom of cacao and immersive sound come together to open the heart, quiet the mind, and reconnect you with your inner truth.

At the center of this experience is ceremonial-grade cacao, a sacred plant medicine revered for thousands of years by Indigenous cultures of Mesoamerica. The cacao used in this ceremony is El Grano de Oro—“The Golden Seed”—grown in the historic cacao region of Mihuatalán, Tabasco, Mexico, and cultivated with great respect for the Yokot’an Mayan worldview. For more than 11 generations, this cacao has been planted, prayed over, sung to, and harvested in alignment with ancestral traditions.

Cacao is known as a gentle yet powerful heart-opening plant medicine that supports emotional release, clarity, and connection. With its naturally high theobromine content and low caffeine, cacao enhances circulation, boosts presence, and provides grounded, sustained energy—making it an excellent ally for meditation and sound healing.

After setting intentions and sharing cacao, you will be guided into a restorative sound bath. Healing frequencies from crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred instruments will wash over you, calming the nervous system, releasing stored tension, and inviting deep relaxation, insight, and energetic alignment.

This ceremony is an invitation to:

– Open your heart with intention and compassion
– Release emotional and energetic blockages
– Receive deep rest and healing through sound
– Connect with ancient wisdom in a grounded, modern way

No prior experience with cacao or sound healing is necessary—only an open heart and a willingness to receive. Come as you are, and leave feeling nourished, expanded, and deeply connected.
