A Body, Mind, Heart, & Soul Retreat at Valhalla Rising
You are invited to join us for a full-day experience of learning, growth, and meditation as you connect deeply to yourself, your light, and your love. Every experience is intentionally weaved throughout the day to build gently one upon another to give you insight and experience to support the ultimate journey of one’s life connection to the very divine intelligence that keeps your heart beating and your lungs breathing, that divine intelligence that is YOU.

SATURDAY
11:00 am- Welcome
11:45 am- Cacao Ceremony & Meditation
1:00 pm- Journal, Personal, Time, connect
2:00 pm- Late Lunch
3:00 pm- Body of Light: The Science & heart-mind connection
4:00 pm- Body of Light meditation & Heart Centered breathwork
5:00 pm- Journal, personal time, connect
6:00 pm- Heart-Centered Tea Ceremony
7:30 pm – Dinner
8:00 pm – Complete
We have accommodations for 8 people to spend the night, and it will be on a first-come, first-served basis. For those who are not staying overnight, you will receive your gift before you leave instead of on Sunday.

The day’s events will include lunch and dinner. Please bring a journal, pen, yoga mat, small blanket, and pillow. If you have a meditation cushion, you can also bring that. Valhalla Rising is a stunning cabin in the mountains of Fairview and there will be snow. Those who sign up for this retreat will park at Gooseberry Gate and be transported to the cabin via Snowcat. It will be a winter wonderland, and though we will be inside, prepare for snow and bring layers if you would like to go outside during the breaks.
