A Coed Plant Medicine Retreat
A Weekend of Healing, Exploration & Connection
Sometimes we need to step outside of our normal lives for a few days to see things differently. This retreat is a space to do that.
Held in the mountains of Fairview, Utah, this small, intimate weekend brings together plant medicine, breathwork, cacao, yoga, sound healing, time in nature, and plenty of space to simply be with yourself.
The focus of the weekend is your own experience. There is no expectation of what your journey should look like or what you should get from it. You may come with something you want to work through, a question you’ve been sitting with, or simply the feeling that it’s time to give yourself the space to listen.
Come on your own, or bring someone you love. Couples, partners, friends, and family members are all welcome.
An Invitation to Your Own Journey
This weekend is an opportunity to slow things down and spend some intentional time with yourself. Away from your normal routines, responsibilities, and distractions, there is often more room to notice what has been sitting beneath the surface.
Throughout the retreat, there will be group experiences and plenty of space for individual reflection. Nothing is forced, and there isn’t a particular place you are supposed to arrive.
Plant medicine can open a different perspective. Breathwork can move what has been held in the body. Time in nature can bring things back into focus.
The weekend is intentionally kept small so that everyone has the space to feel seen, supported, and comfortable while having their own experience.
This Experience Includes
– Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremony
– Morning Yoga Flow
– Ancient Breathwork Practice
– Sound Healing Under the Stars
– Deeply Transformative Psilocybin Plant Medicine Journey
– Guided Experiences on the Land
– Individual Reflection & Journaling
– Meaningful Group Connection
– Integration Circle
Bonus: Each participant will receive a private 30-minute integration session with Holly following the retreat to help bring what was experienced during the weekend into everyday life.
Held Through ONAC
This plant medicine journey is offered through the Oklevueha Native American Church (ONAC). Your guides, Holly & Mike Semanoff, are recognized Native American Medicine People and serve plant medicine within this ceremonial setting.
Each participant will need an ONAC membership before attending. During your intake call, Holly will walk you through the membership process and answer any questions you may have.
The Space
The retreat is held in a beautiful mountain home in Fairview, Utah, surrounded by open views, nature, and plenty of quiet. The space has been intentionally created to feel comfortable, peaceful, and removed from the normal pace of everyday life. There is room to gather together, room to spend time outside, and room to find a quiet corner when you want some time to yourself.
Private accommodations are available within the home.
Nourishment
All meals are included and thoughtfully prepared to nourish and support you throughout the weekend and your plant medicine experience.
How to Join
Because this is a small and intimate experience, every participant will have a private intake call with Holly before attending. This allows us to get to know one another and make sure the retreat feels like a good fit.
During your call, you’ll:
– Talk about your intentions for the weekend
– Review safety considerations and medical history
– Receive information about preparing for your plant medicine experience
– Have plenty of time to ask questions
– Receive help with the ONAC membership process
Most importantly, we want you to arrive feeling comfortable, informed, and supported.
